Hello,
You can get a DXF file from Eagle, please follow these steps:
1. Go to File -> New -> Board
2. Click on Add Element, look for the part imported from SnapEDA and click on OK.
3. Place the footprint in the board layout.
4. Make sure that the Pad and Cream layers are displayed.
5. Go to File -> Export DXF
6. Edit the file location and/or name file
7. You can decide whether to check or not "Fill areas" and "Use wire widths" based on what you need.
8. Click OK.
Hope that helps, please let us know if you need anything else.

so I went to Autocad to download Eagle Cad, the only problem I have now is that I'm on a 32bit OS, and not 64 bit OS to run Eagle Cad. So the whole exercise can't be done - the DXF file suggestion would be nice if I have a 64 bit machine to run Eagle cad to extract the .lbr

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we don't support OrCAD Layout but there is a way you can import a DXF file into it and get a symbol out of it. I have recorded a video to show you how to do this: https://www.useloom.com/share/5bdbbe2e9a464ad08960d157d0f3ecb3

I look in the zip files, and SnapEDA doesn't generate a DXF file.
so how do I get a DXF file ?

is it possible for your tool to add .dxf file into Orcad ? also when I download the eagle file - it is in .lbr format? is it possible to keep group of file in one standard format like zip or rar ? so a search says I need to use winzip, I download winzip to discover that it can't open .lbr file. So like all that work and can't even see the eagle file :(
