I cannot get the desktop app to connect to my KiCad installation. Any help resolving this would be appereciated.

Unfortunately, SnapEDA Desktop App is only fully supported for Windows 10 and above. Our team was not able to fully support Windows 7 because Microsot Support for Windows 7 was discontinued two years ago.
