The footprint for this part has three issues, at least when imported by Altium:
1) The slots for the legs at (-3.3mm,0) and (+3.3mm,0) are built incorrectly. They have only a single hole of 0.5 mm diameter.
2) The pin 1 mark is a circle in the Top Overlay layer with diameter 5 mils, but trace width of 0 mm.
3) The coppoer ovals for the legs above are built with a very large number of line segments, roughly 260 segments each. This likely contributes to the slow loading mentioned in the other comment.
The footprint also calls out designators for the four large copper pads (P1, P2, P3, P4), but these do not appear in the schematic symbol. That prevents showing the connections to the shell on the schematic.
These issues should be easy for a user to correct in Altium, and likely in other layout tools. It looks like I will use a different part anyway, but I thought I should note the issues.

Thanks for contacting us. Related to the first point, to create a non-circular plated hole we were using the top and bottom layers of copper for the pad surrounding the hole and the non-circular slot outlines were drawn in the cutout outlines layer. The circular hole in the center is for initial drilling for the machine's drilling needle to have a starting point in creating the entire hole shape.
We have updated this method, and now we are using a normal through-hole pad, with a diameter that fits the slot you need, then we draw the slotted openings by simply drawing the slot outlines on the Mech 1 layer (the green one) in AD. If you measure those slot outlines you will find out that they are correct.
For the second point, we have updated the footprint so the pin 1 indicator width is 0.2mm. The third and fourth points were also fixed, we have updated this part and it follows our latest standards now and we have included a shield pin for the large copper pads.

Janesh, which part number are you referring to?
FWIW - I used this footprint in Altium 18. I see the slot openings for the mounting post in the Mechanical 1 layer, but my board fab house (Sunstone Circuits) made it with just the round drill, not the slot. Not sure if that was a one-off mistake by them or not, but in the future I'll be updating the footprint myself to ensure that the slot opening is there and not rely on the Mechanical 1 layer to define it.
