The 3D model for 4691 is different to the LED package

This is Carlos from SnapEDA, thanks for patiently waiting. The 3D model for this part was linked to this part page through an algorithm based on the package details, so it wasn’t verified against the datasheet. Rest assured that we are working on making this algorithm more precise.

Still, 3d model and layout do not match.
I believe that the datasheet is wrong! I have tested the smd component. The correct layout should be 1-GND / 2-DOUT / 3-VCC / 4-DIN. When you fix this, then the 3dmodel and led package will match.

We have reached out to the manufacturer regarding this matter and it appears that they have recently updated the part to the SK6812 SIDE-A. You can find the datasheet for this updated part at the link provided below:

The pin mapping for this new datasheet remains the same as the previous one, so we are currently awaiting a response from the manufacturer about this.

In the meantime, we have made updates to the symbol, footprint, and 3D model to align with the new datasheet. You can download these updates and use them for your designs.

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from the manufacturer regarding the pin positioning after several weeks. As a result, we will continue to use the positioning specified in their datasheet.

You can also try to contact the provider via their support to check if the part provided corresponds to the NormandLED model assigned.
