Thanks for your question. We do not support AutoTRAX currently. If we get enough interest, we will consider adding support for it. We have received requests in the past (ex: https://www.snapeda.com/questions/question/autotrax-footprint/), and we prioritize based on interest so thanks again for your post.

Just download the art as Eagle. Autotrax DEX can read Eagle parts.
