Thanks for reaching out. By logging off did you mean after importing the Decal your PADS layout software is exiting? Can you please provide us more information about the issue so that we can reproduce it?

May I know if it only crashes every time you import the exact part or it happens to all other parts? May I also know what version of PADS layout do you use?

While the issue for BSP613P is already solved, we need to check if it continues happening on the user's side to discard any software issues.
