Why I can't login on the SnapEDA Fusion 360 plugin?

I get the message username or password invalid while i can login with google chrome no issues.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. May I know if your password includes any special characters? If yes, it may be the reason why you can't log in to SnapEDA Fusion 360 plugin. We are currently experiencing issues when logging in on the SnapEDA Fusion 360 plugin if the password contains special characters.

Temporarily, you can change your password without any special characters and try logging in again on the SnapEDA Fusion360 plugin. It should work after that.

You are right. its got a couple of special chars in there. Will take them out of the password.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We'd like you to know that we have now fixed the issue in logging in to the SnapEDA Fusion 360 plugin using passwords including special characters. You may use any desired strong password from now on.

Hi, I am using v2.0.5 of the plugin on Mac and I cannot sign in with special characters in the password. Has the problem been fixed on the Mac version of the plugin?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for reaching out! We have now reported this to our developers, and we will keep you posted once we apply an update on the Mac version. In the meantime, feel free to change your password without any special characters in this link:

https://www.snapeda.com/account/password_reset/

After that, please try logging in again on the SnapEDA Fusion360 plugin.
