What is the difference between MCP73831T-2AT1/OT and MCP73832T-2ACI/OT? Who has tried both?

STAT is a tri-state logic output on the MCP73831 and an open-drain output on the MCP73832.

On charge complete, the STAT pin on MCP73831 goes HIGH where as on MCP73832 it becomes High-Z
