Download not working
Hi. I'm a new user, when I try to download a part I get a message "converting the selected" footprint. I press OK and nothing happens. I've tried on Chrome and Internet Explorer and with various different file formats. Am I doing something dumb?

I'm facing the same issue with any part ....
It seems there is something that went wrong, last time (2 days ago) it was working properly.

Same here. Plus, feedback page not displaying submit button.

To submit, after entry in text box, TAB then ENTER.
