Upon review, we confirmed that the ERJP06J222V is rated for 0.5W with a pad size of 1.25mm. The footprint created for this component is based on the manufacturer’s recommended nominal values. For reference, please see the 2012/0805 package land pattern in this document:

Rest assured, the nominal pad sizes recommended by the manufacturer are already suitable for the 0.5W rating.
