I am using Fusion 360 to design automatic machines.
I recently tried to design PCB using Fusion360 with powerful SnapEDA.
However, I keep failing to find any button for "Add to Library button". (Frustrating...)
Only "Import Parts" One button is given.
FYI, my SnapEDA Version is v1.0.4
Please help me...

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out.
Regarding your inquiry, if you are using the SnapEDA plugin for Autodesk Fusion 360, when you select "Download" and then you click the "Import Part" button, the part will be automatically saved in your library in Fusion360 so you can access to it any time by going to File>Open>SnapEDA Library.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. We are happy to help!

Hi Teresa, thanks for your reply.
Maybe it's a silly question to you. But I don't understand "File>Open>SnapEDA Library" means.
Do you mean there's reserved folder for SnapEDA in the Library manager? or you mean something else?

Hello again!
Don't worry! We are here to help.
When you click on "Import Part", it automatically adds the part to a folder named "SnapEDA Library".
You can access to it by following these steps:
1. Click on the "File" option (located in the main menu, next to the Data Panel) and select "Open"
2. Select "Admin Project" from the options on the left of the window that opens.
3. After this it will show you projects you have recently worked on and a folder named "SnapEDA Library", select the folder and click "Open", it will then show you the parts you have downloaded through the SnapEDA plugin.
Please let me know if this was helpful or if you have further questions.

Hi,
I followed your instruction step by step.
But there is no such folder named "SnapEDA Library" in my "Admin Project".
When I download a file, 3D model file is opened and an alert window pops up.
The error message is
"C:\Users\ooo\Documents\Fusion 360\SnapEDA 2D Components\SC0915.lbr has errors and cannot be opened. Close the empty design file without saving and continue working."
Can you guess what's wrong with it?

Update!
I tested the plug-in in my MAC and tt worked perfectly fine.
The problem only happens in my Windows desktop.
Do you recommend re-installing fusion360?

Hi there,
We apologize for the delayed in response. May we know if you have tried checking our updated instructions on how to add parts in Fusion 360 using the SnapEDA plugin below?
Regarding the issue when downloading a file and a 3D model is opened and you get an alert notification, may we know if you're still experiencing it until now?
