Gerber data is not correct for the respective package

There is an issue found out in Gerber data for the FT232RQ-REEL. The layer solder mask is coming wrong for which some problem occurred during the production process. The exact reply what I got from the production house is, "assembly is not feasible due to solder dam not maintain in QFN components".

Kindly help regarding this problem.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us! We're taking a look at the solder mask and we have not found anything weird so far. It seems that you are using Eagle, would you mind sending us the Gerber file that contains that layer? You can email us at [email protected]
