the data sheet shows a .46mm finished hole for the signal pins. The padstack has .57mm specified as the finished hole not .46mm. There is a note suggesting a .57 drill. No one specifies a drill. Shops determine the actual drill based on their plating process.

upon further review the other two hole seem to be off as well. datasheet has 1.05 and 1.85 for the mounting holes. The EDA parts padstack has 1.1 and 1.9?

No problem, we have already notified the team about this. The symbol and footprint will be redone.

Hello there,
Thanks for patiently waiting. After reviewing your case, our team confirmed that we utilize the largest possible drill sizes in our footprints, when adding the specified tolerances.
This would mean that the diameter for signal pins would go from ⌀0.46mm to ⌀0.57mm, the NPTH holes would go from ⌀1.85mm to ⌀1.9mm, and the shield holes from ⌀1.05mm to ⌀1.1mm. These dimensions are depicted on pages 3 and 4 of the following datasheet:

Well sorry to 100 percent disagree since the pins are for press-fit. I confirmed with Molex and they also stated the finished hole has to be at .46 otherwise you risk a loose or no connection. You NEVER add a tolerance on the PCB fab end. You have a standard +/- 3 mil for fabrication. Molex also stated the reason for the (drill) designation of .57 is a starting point for drilling but every fab house plates differently. Molex started never us the .57 as finished, You risk the part not working.
the .47 to .57 is not a tolerance. I modified on my own as per Molex, Thanks anyways.

This is accurate and we extend our apologies. Loose connections are not acceptable in this case, as this part requires a press-fit installation.
Our team will update the part to reflect the nominal tolerances.

Thanks for your feedback. The footprint has been adjusted to match the exact specifications for the press fit connector, and you can access the updated library at the product page.
