How can I download 3D models?
Hi,
I've not been able to download 3D models lately. I have no problems with downloading the symbols and footprints. They download fine. When try to download a 3D model, it tells me its downloaded but its nowhere to be found (unlike the .lbr file which shows up on the bottom of my chrome window and I can fin its location.) Nothing is also in the downloads folder.
I use windows 10 w the latest Chrome browser.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please let us know some part numbers you tried downloading the 3D model from so we can check? When you clicked the Download 3D Model, you received the confirmation notification that it has been downloaded successfully but you couldn't locate the downloaded file, correct?
In your Chrome, have you tried clicking Ctrl+J to open your recently downloaded files in a new tab?
