How can we make SnapEDA better?
Hi all,
Wanted to start a running thread with suggestions on how we can make SnapEDA better. It is a bit ironic that I am asking this question on our Q/A portion of the site (which clearly could use some love), but despite that, I'd love to hear what we can do to improve the experience on SnapEDA. Do you want more parts? More export formats? Faster response time? Let us know, either here, or by sending private feedback through the button in the lower right-hand corner. Thanks!

Hi Natasha,
I have a suggestion that would make SnapEDA much more usable to me:
- option to search only for parts with footprints
Currently I'm looking for footprints for some switches, just inputting "dpdt switch" gives me over 50000 results, and I've yet to find one with a footprint :(
You've mentioned the other thing that bothers me - responsiveness. I'm all spoiled by snappy user interfaces, and waiting for seconds is already annoying for me.
Of course, the priority for me, by far, would be ability to search only parts with footprints.
