How do I download the whole thing?

Thank you for reaching out. Please try downloading the library again into a new folder to ensure that no identifier is added after WIFI KIT 32 (V3).

To open the symbol and footprint in KiCad V6, please follow these steps:

Additionally, please note that the library includes a multi-section symbol design. You can view both sections by selecting Unit A or Unit B in the main toolbar of the Symbol Editor.
