When you download a part from SnapEDA's library to Orcad, you get a .zip file with this structure:
- An .edf file, if symbol available
- One .scr file, If footprint available.
- One or more .psr files, if footprint available.
- a .bat file that makes the import process a snap.

The .scr file is not created on your computer, it's downloaded from SnapEDA.
Could you please give us the link to the part you downloaded? This way it's easier to help you out.

The allegro.bat should work.
If for some reason it doesn't, could you try these steps?
1) Open Pad Designer
2) Go to File -> Script
3) On the dialog, click Browse and select the .psr file.
4) Click Replay. This will create the .pad file.
5) Close Pad Designer
6) Now open Orcad/Allegro
7) Go to File -> Script
8) On the dialog, click Browse and select the .scr file.
4) Click Replay. This will create the footprint.

Notice: All the steps above should be done automatically by the allegro.bat batch file with no errors.

Regards,

Mateus.

Hello.

We have fixed this OrCAD/Allegro issue. As you know, the issue was that the .pad file was not being created after running Allegro-builder.bat for all the through-hole parts but this is working now. Please try to download the parts again.

Thank you so much for your time and your understanding.
