Are you using Allegro? If yes, it might be a corner case that is not yet supported. Allegro is in Beta and we are in the process of completely re-launching it. Will provide updates on that here.

Yes, i use Allegro, for EVAL-ADXRS645, it works now. i just followed the instruction in the Frequently Asked Questions.

however, some other components Like Capacitors (C0805H333J3GACTU), it does not work with me.

i guess the reason is as you mentioned earlier.
