How to change size (dia) of a components in Eagle 9.4.2 free version

To change a PAD size on Eagle:
1. On the Control Panel on left side of the window, click on the 'Info" button. It looks like a letter "i".
2. Once you clicked 'Info', click on the PAD then the Properties window will show.
3. On the Properties window, you will see 'smd pad size'. Change the value of that according to the dimensions you need. The format is in 'Width x Length'.
4. Click OK.

As an addition, to change the pad size of a THT and the hole size:
1. On the Control Panel on the left side of the window, click on the 'Info" button. It looks like a letter "i".
2. Once you click 'Info', click on the PAD then the Properties window will show.
3. On the Properties window, you will see 'Diameter'. Change the value of that according to the dimensions you need.
4. To change the hole size, on the same window, you will see 'Drill'. Change the value of that according to the size you need.
5. Click OK.
