This is Carlos filling in for Ron. The Snapmagic Altium Plugin and Desktop App for Altium are no longer available.

You can get your parts by downloading them from our website or using our new Copilot app. If you're interested, please inform us and we will provide you with the installer.

Why would you sunset the altium plugin before you have a public replacement ready? your web version produces altium libraries with layers improperly mapped due to the footprint template used.

I had developed a modified template that works with the plugin only. So we require the plugin for my team's workflow.

No mention of this on the plugin page is not great either. and no public announcement.

Our Altium Plugin has been unsupported because we have released a new and improved AI tool for Altium, SnapMagic Copilot. Please note that the offical date of this sunset was on June 28th.

The new AI Copilot allows you to do all the things that you previously did with the Plugin - including searching and automatically importing parts - but also so much more with the help of AI.
