Import decal in PADS integrated with central library
The PADS footprints at SnapEDA are files with *.d and *.p extension. This is the old footprint format. PADS now promotes a central library where symbols and footprints are located, and it means the old *.d & *.p file cannot be imported. It can either import from a special export file format or from a temporary central library. Do you plan to add support for PADS central library compatible footprints?

Can you please let us know which version of PADS do you have and which format can it work for you?
Unfortunately we don't support PADS central library, but we will add it to our features board and we will get back to you once it's done.
