Seems odd that on the face of the connector, pins 1thru 5 are on one row, and 6 thru 9 on the other row. In the PCB artwork, pins 1 thru 4 are in 1 row, and 5 thru 9 in the other row. How are the pins routed in the connector such that the row numbering is swapped?
