Is the second solder pad supposed to be connected to ground?

0

Hi, I know from the datasheet that the first solder pad goes to the feed line. Do you know if the second pad has to be connected to ground?

Hi Luis,

As Per our engineers, the second pad must be connected to the ground.

You will find that information on page 7 of the datasheet. As per the pinout table, Pin-1 is the antenna pin, and Pin-2 is the GND pin.

Also, when you are on our part page, please try to hover your mouse on the pads, and the linked pad will be highlighted. From there, you can quickly identify which pad is the antenna and which is the ground.

If you need assistance, please let us know!

Kind regards,
Ron
