It doesn't work when I'm doing the simulation
I downloaded it according to the guide, ran it in pspice, made the code, and conducted the simulation, but it doesn't work, it just pops up in a green circle and the simulation stops. Why is that??

It appears that the 2D model for this part is quite old, dating back to 2015, which may be contributing to the simulation issue you are experiencing. We have raised a request with our team to update the model according to the latest standards.
In the meantime, we recommend double checking your simulation setup and code to ensure all parameters and connections are properly defined.
We will share the updated 2D model with you as soon as it is ready so you can run the simulation again.
