Hi all.
Please consider broad keepout areas for copper primitives and vias
at the landing areas of three plastic pegs which provides elevation of 1mm above pcb surface.
Thanks in advance,
Harry

Hello Harry,
Thank you for your patience while we looked into this matter.
Upon review, we were unable to find any manufacturer-recommended keepout areas defined under the plastic pegs. The footprint design is fully based on the manufacturer’s recommended PCB layout, available here:

Rest assured, the plastic pegs won’t cause any connectivity issues with copper primitives beneath them. However, it is better to avoid copper vias in those areas to ensure solid placement of the component, as it will be elevated by the plastic pegs.
I hope this clarifies your concern. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best Regards
Amina
