To view all pins for the part, please click on your profile icon and navigate to account settings. Then, download and re-import the pins on KiCad.

I don't see how expanding the pins would help.
If you take the TPS26631RGER.kicad_sym file and search its contents for "25" (the pin number of the thermal pad in the footprint), then you will see that it does not feature.

That's because any ground pins are grouped on KiCad by default, which could be affecting how you view the footprint connections.
In any case, we're sending this information to our engneers so they can review this part. We;ll get back to you once they provide an update.
