This footprint is wrong when downloaded for PCB123. The bad footprint is a through hole part with the wrong number of pads not the required surface mount. The print looks correct with Altium.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this matter. Upon testing, we were not able to replicate the issue. The model imports correctly as an SMD package in PCB123 format, as shown on the part page.
Can you please share the steps to replicate, along with a screenshot of the model you see on download and import? It would also be very helpful if you could share the library file with us. This will allow us to investigate further and get back to you with updates.
