no .psx file

Hello,
This footprint does not require a *.psx file. The *.psx file is only required when the footprint has abnormally shaped (i.e. not rectangular or circular) pad shapes. The *_pad.scr file fully describes the padstack for this footprint so the *.psx file is not necessary.
