Is IRFP264 is equivalent of K2837

Thanks for reaching out! Upon checking some resources online, The IRFP264 and K2837 are not the same transistors, and they have different specifications.

The IRFP264 is a power MOSFET transistor used for high-power applications. The K2837, on the other hand, is a JFET transistor used for low-power applications. It has lower voltage and current ratings compared to the IRFP264.
