Thanks for reaching us. You may place the downloaded file wherever you need it, as long as you follow the import instructions at the link below: (For Proteus 8.9 onwards)

By the way, our models can only be used for design purposes and cannot be simulated on Proteus yet. As a workaround, you may try going to the component's properties and checking the "attach hierarchy module". Please note this still generates minor errors and might not work for some applications.
