Hello SnapEDA community, I'm a new SnapEDA user. When I add component from SnapEDA plugin library it's absolutely fine but when I exit my Altium, all my 3D components turn into gray block. If I delete components and update again, it will be fine. Can someone help me, please. Thank you so much!

Hello again,
Thanks for patiently waiting.
We could replicate this. We are really sorry you experienced these issues.
Our software team is already aware, and is working on it. I'll notify you once I have an update.
In the meantime, would you please use the "Add to Library" option instead, and see if the issue remains?
Any other information will be greatly appreciated.
And once again, thanks for your patience.

Greetings,
I used the "Add to Library" and "Place" option but the issue still remain. If I exit Altium, the 3D body will miss .step file and when I see 3D body from PCB library, it is "Extruded" so it become gray block. I am not sure what would be causing it, I'm really confused the issue. Many thanks for your support.
