SN74LS154N footprint
Hello,
I downloaded DIPTRACE model for the schematic body and layout footprint for the SN74154N. My part is the SN74LS154N and thought the parts were physically equivalent. When I received my PWBs the dimension between rows 1-11 and 12-24 were to close. The part couldn't seat and be soldered onto the board. Can you please assist?

the dimension i am seeing on you footprint is 0.425

Thanks for patiently waiting. Upon checking, the footprint for part SN74154N is correct. Usually these parts are similar, however the body width might be bigger.
There are two possibilities here that can work:
1) Use package with same body width.
2) Use DIP adapters.

Actually found out there are two body widths (Narrow and Wide), the footprint you have in your system is Narrow. Noting that for users would be great!
