SnapEDA plugin kept crashing Altium when it starts. How to uninstall?

I have AD14 on windows 10, and I can't even start AD at all after I installed that plugin. How do I uninstall the plugin on Altium?

Hi there, I'm sorry you're having this issue. It seems there is a bitmap image that's causing a conflict, but we haven't seen this before, so it's difficult for us to debug remotely unless you have more info.

To delete the plugin, do the following:

1. Delete the plugin from the folder
2. Go to AppData/Altium/Roaming and delete the DXP files there. **If you have specific toolbar settings, instead of deleting the files, just find erase the specific SnapEDA settings. If not, just delete the files and they'll be regenerated upon opening Altium.

To find the AppData hidden folder, here are instructions: http://www.windows10themes.net/guides/how-to-view-the-appdata-folder-in-windows-10/

In the meantime, I'll file a bug report about this issue. We're currently working on the next version of the Altium plugin, so hopefully we can get this fixed for you.

This response has been marked as correct.
