Can you help me modify a STEP file?

I need to have an existing STEP model (downloaded from Vishay site), modified with 90º bent leads (and shorter lead length) showing the image laying down on the PCB. It could be a different model, just anything similar in size would be great. Any ideas of someone that could do this for me? I heard the DIY methods require a lot of learning so I'd be happy to pay for this to be done for me. Thanks for your time to answer.

I just placed an InstaPart order and need to cancel it as I forgot to mention how I needed the leads bent and for what CAD package it goes to.
