The THAT2181C Footprint Can not be found in Altium.

On December 27 2024 I paid to have a Part and Footprint designed. It shows up in my schematic just fine but under Update PCB Document on Design Order the Footprint can not be found (Or Recognized) by Altium Engineering Change Order.
Can you please try again as it is critical. Thank you.
