This really isn't a question as much as a problem I found in this footprint. I imported the schematic symbol and footprint into my design and there are micro-segments located in the keep out shapes surrounding pins K1 and R9. I had to go and remove the segments in order to pass the board health check in Altium Designer 24.10.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! Let me check this with our engineers, and we will get back to you with more updates.
Also, may we ask if you can provide the footprint in question?
Kind regards,
Ron

Hello again!
This is Carlos stepping in for Ron, thanks for patiently waiting. Our team got back to us, and they say that the small keepout areas around the F1, K1, R4, and R9 pads are manufacturer-recommended inhibit areas, as highlighted in Detail A. For more details, please refer to pages 59, 60, and 61 of the 'Hardware Design Guide' document from manufacturer.
To ensure compliance, the region labeled "WIRING INHIBIT" must be clear of signals or ground paths. Accordingly, we have added restrict regions at the Keepout layer on the Altium format.
Please reach back to us if you have any other inquiries, we'd be happy to help!
Happy Holidays,

Yes, I have read the datasheet and understand the purpose of the keepout areas around the antenna connections on pins F1, K1, R4 and R9. The fact they are there isn't the problem. When I run the board health check on Altium Designer 24.10, there are two reports of micro-segments located in the keepout areas around pins K1 and R9. While in editing mode of the footprint, select one of either of the mentioned areas and open the properties panel. Scroll down to the Outline Vertices. Look through the listings and you should notice for the area around K1 there is two vertices set at the same point (vertices 28 and 29, I believe). This creates a micro-segment. I deleted one of the vertices and it corrected the problem. I repeated the process for the keepout around R9 and fixed the micro-segment for this keepout as well.
I will send you the original LE910Q1-WW.IntLib file I down loaded from your site through the email you sent me.

Hello there!
Thanks for following up on this. We want to inform you that we were able to replicate the micro-segment error during the DRC on Altium format. We have already updated the library on our end to fix this problem.
Our investigation revealed that the issue occurred during the conversion to Altium, as the rounding of coordinates caused overlapping vertices, resulting in unintended micro-segments. To avoid similar problems in the future, we will be adding an extra check to our verification process.
Please reach back to us if you have any other inquiries, we'd be happy to help!
Happy New Year,
