I can not use or correct this part to use in PCB123 software.

The team got back to us. They say that as PCB123 doesn't support a tcream (solder paste) layer, the polygons are not imported, which is why you get this warning. If possible, please contact the PCB123 support for this issue.
The team also wrote we can't generate Gerbers from PCB123 because Sunstone is the only the CAD tool provider that supports its PCB manufacturing.
