Unable to download – authentication loop
Every time I try to download an Altium footprint or STEP 3D model, I am redirected to /profiles/verify-phone/.
The page says: “Your account is active – No verification needed.”
Clicking “Continue Browsing” takes me back to the website, but trying to download again produces the same authentication loop.
I have already tried:
clearing cookies/cache
Incognito/private mode
different browsers
a different account
The issue still occurs.
Please check/fix the authentication/download permission on the server side.

I checked your account and found that there are multiple usernames linked to your email address that's why the loop happens even though your account was already verified.

Could you please let me know what I need to do to resolve the multiple usernames linked to my email address? I’d also like to know when I’ll be able to use my account again after completing the required steps.

Yes, please confirm and reply to the email I sent you on which username you'd like to continue using.
Once I get your reply there, I can immediately make adjustments so you can use the account right away. :)
