Unable to download - stuck in authentication loop
I've been struggling to download files since signing up.
Initially, I was able to download a file. Then I had to authenticate and I could download another file. After 3 authentications, it wouldn't let me download at all.
I contacted support, and they said they addressed the issue, but I was only able to download a single file, before it got stuck in an authentication loop.
When I try and download from the web site, it jumps me to the authentication page, that says "Your account is active. No verification needed." No download begins. If I try again, I end up at the same place.
