What does the two Shield pins get connected to or are they left floating?

0

There are two pair of pins labeled shield for this connector. Not sure if these pins get connected to ground or to a voltage source.

No they can be left floating as they have no electrical connection. Additionally they do not need to be connected to each other.

Pro tip: Add them to larger sections of copper, such as a ground pour, or place a via next to the shield pad to help the connector/pads from lifting from the pcb.

Hope this helps!
