Hello Badar
Thanks for reaching out. The “Access violation in ScriptingSystem.dll” typically happens when a script touches a PCB/PCBLib object that isn’t instantiated yet. To help us replicate the error and diagnose it, could you share:
Which script did you run (name/source and language: DelphiScript/VBScript/JS)?
What were you trying to do (create/open which model or part)?
Altium version/build you’re using.
Exact steps to reproduce (which document is open, when you run it, where it crashes).
Any screenshots or the script file itself.
If you’re just trying to use SnapMagic models in Altium, no script is needed. Simply click Download on the part page, choose Altium, and you’ll get a native .IntLib, you can import using this guide: https://www.snapeda.com/about/import/#Altium
We’re happy to investigate further once we have the details.
Thanks!

Hello enklemg,
Thanks for reaching out. To help us investigate the “ScriptingSystem.dll” error, could you please share a bit more detail about the script you ran, your Altium version, and any steps or screenshots that would help us reproduce the issue on our end?
Also, if you’re just trying to use SnapMagic models in Altium, no script is needed. You can download a native .IntLib directly from the part page. A guide is available here: https://www.snapeda.com/about/import/#Altium
Happy to take a closer look once we have this information.
All the best,
Dizar
