Why does this Bourns 3296P potentiometer have 16 pins in the symbol? It only has 3 pins. Is anybody able to create an accurate symbol and footprint for this?

It says this is an Atmel 32u4 daughter board, not a potentiometer when you first search on it, in the list that comes up.
Then when you click on the item in the search results list, it bring you here, where it looks like a completely different part.
Can you make sure that the images above are actually of an 32u4 board?
I just downloaded the files, anyway; and, I'm about to see if they are actually correctly in the library files, and maybe only wrong here on the website. However, that will surprise me, if that is true.
I may not get back here, so, I'm writing this up.
