Victor here stepping in for Phoebe.
We took a look at the symbol in page 46 of B-L475E-IOT01A2's datasheet, and both symbols match.
However, you may be referring to the placement of the pins. They're different because SnapEDA follows a mix of IEEE-315 and our own internal standards for symbols.

We imported the symbol into KiCad 5.1.10, and it worked as expected. That being said, you also may be referring to appended pins (i.e GROUND pins).

If you are, then don't worry. You can change how your symbols are being represented. Check the guide below on how to do that for KiCad:
