Powered by a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor running up to 160MHz, the board features 384KB ROM, 400KB SRAM, and 22 programmable GPIO pins for extensive interfacing. It also includes 3 x SPI, 2 x UART, 1 x I2C, 1 x I2S, RMT (Remote Control Peripheral), LED PWM, and a General DMA controller, making it ideal for developing Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled devices and exploring the ESP32-C3-MINI's capabilities in IoT projects.
